The <col> tag

The <col> tag is used to assign different parameters to a column in a table.

The attributes can be:

align="right, left, center, justify, char" which align horizontally the content inside a table cell.

valign="top, middle, bottom, baseline" same as above but vertically.

width="in % or pixels" is used to predefine the width of the column.
